Duties and responsibilities
GoldFish Expert, one of the leading law firms in Thailand, invites professional partners to join our energetic and ambitious team to jointly develop local and international legal practice.
Functional tasks:
- Participation in the implementation of the company’s HR strategy: formation of the structure of the law firm, implementation and monitoring of compliance with corporate values, internal regulations and procedures. Supervision of the processes of selection, induction, mentoring, training, disciplinary policy and internal communication. Conducting an assessment of employee performance and forming a remuneration policy.
- Determining the operational course of the company’s development: analysis of industry trends, formulation of key performance indicators, development of a strategy for customer service, quality control and productivity. Implementation of new systems and methods, effective allocation of resources and change management.
- Financial planning: forecasting and analysis of market needs, distribution of financial flows and assessment of the effectiveness of investments.
- Formation of a sustainable image of the company: strengthening partnerships, working with the professional community, government agencies, the media and the general public. Increasing employee engagement, participation in socially significant and “pro bono” projects, compliance with recommendations of advocacy organizations.
- Client base growth: active attraction of new clients, receiving recommendations from current and former clients.
- Expanding the range of services: identifying market needs, developing new areas, conducting cost-effectiveness analysis of new products and presenting them to senior partners.
- Compliance with legal and ethical standards: ensuring compliance with professional ethics, maintaining a high level of quality of legal services and client service.
- Continuous development: implementation of best practices, participation in specialized associations, publications in professional publications, development of professional contacts.
- Marketing management: control and coordination of external communications – from newsletters and client events to content on web resources and advertising materials of the company.
- Organization of key processes: drawing up an annual action plan, monitoring the timing of budget preparation and personnel assessments, organizing meetings of partners, specialized groups and corporate events.
Requirements for candidates:
- Higher legal education (bachelor’s degree or higher)
- A valid lawyer’s license
- Age from 28 to 43 years
- At least 6 years of experience in an international law firm or consulting company
- In-depth knowledge of litigation and corporate law
- Knowledge of legal compliance
- Strategic financial planning skills
- Confident decision-making
- Client focus
- Developed communication and management skills
- Ability to plan, optimize processes and convey information orally
- Analytical mindset, initiative and self-confidence
- Readiness to work both independently and in a team under tight deadlines
- Confident English (oral and written)
- Confident PC skills, including MS Office and the Internet
