GoldFish Expert, one of Thailand’s leading legal and consulting firms, is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Support Staff. Key responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support and perform auxiliary tasks with a proactive and service-oriented attitude
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues in daily operations
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members regarding deadlines, tasks, requests, and operational challenges
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of assigned responsibilities
- Follow internal protocols for receiving, registering, sorting, and dispatching documents and packages, including legal correspondence and courier deliveries
- Handle incoming phone calls, manage parcel shipments, perform copying and faxing, and greet visitors at the reception
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and coordinate reordering as necessary
- Direct incoming calls to the appropriate staff members and take accurate messages for colleagues who are unavailable
- Maintain cleanliness and a professional appearance of the reception area at all times
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, representing the company with courtesy and professionalism
- Maintain and manage both physical and electronic document records in accordance with internal processing procedures
- Keep internal databases and document workflows updated and compliant with company standards
- Process incoming documentation in alignment with company protocols
Candidate requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or client service role
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Eagerness to learn, professional demeanor, articulate communication, and a friendly attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Patience and ability to perform under pressure
- Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) and fluency in Thai (mandatory)
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other office applications
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to workflow efficiency
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
